Cold Hearts Cowl - 2 sessions

The Cold Hearts Cowl by Caitlin Hunter is a sweet little colorwork accessory with options for a tighter or looser fit and adjustable height options. Knit in heavy DK or worsted, this is a quick knit perfect for practicing your colorwork skills! Designed in Malabrigo Rios - if you have some already stashed you'll only need a skein of two contrasting colors for this project.

Limited to 5 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

  • Level: CONFIDENT beginner/intermediate - you've knit a hat in the round. You know your knits from your purls and can knit in the round. Perhaps you've taken a colorwork class before...
  • We provide: the expertise, great company, and we want to talk to you about your cat.
  • You bring: yourself, a copy of the pattern (available as an in-store purchase), two colors of worsted weight yarn and needles appropriate for the pattern. We highly recommend using two contrasting colors for maximum "pop"!
    • Don't forget that we offer 15% off supplies purchased for class.
  • Class length: 2-1/2 hours each session for 5 hours total.

Sessions run on Wednesday, October 21 and 28 at 6:30 PM

Online participants will:
  • Need to pickup supplies prior to the class session.
  • Receive a Zoom invitation link the morning of the workshop.

Last minute cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. Of course, if you can’t make a class at the last minute you can always send someone in your place. 

Class Credits
Due to the very limited enrollment in our classes and the special nature of our workshops, classes/workshops are non-refundable. However, if you let us know at least 72 hours in advance, we will credit your gather here account.

Please email us at with any class cancellation requests. A reply email will have your credit info attached.

Class Materials
All materials are included in our 'Basics' classes.
Intermediate and advanced classes often require that you bring your own materials; please check the class description for a complete materials list.
